NOTES

  • Originally this 2 level building was used to feed hundreds of workers when our site was the Dominion Bridge Building Company.
  • The building has been fully renovated.
  • The first floor is comprised of 3,000 sq. ft. of costumes, 4,250 sq. ft. of costumes/set dec, and 2,250 sq. ft. of costumes/set dec and lock-up space.
  • The second floor contains a total of 6,000 sq. ft. of office space
  • Additionally, there is also a boardroom, kitchen, laundry, and washrooms.
  • Currently housing our long term production company tenant “Brightlight Pictures” since 2007
